I thought it would be a good idea, given the ConDem’s flirtation (“Fulfilling Potential - Next Steps, DWP) with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and Black Triangle’s disputation of that flirtation, to post most of the Convention here. I again thought this would perhaps give people easier access to it. Maybe, maybe not but here it is (up to article 35 the rest are administrative). 31 to 35 are also administrative but perhaps of some interest. Article 30 is of particular interest given the recent paralympics. Article 4(b) seems to be of interest with the advent of the Welfare Bill and the societycidal acts of ATOS.
